Please note, our Hotel has several category rooms ranging from standard single or double, for those with a mindful budget, and Club Executive Suites (some of the most luxurious and spacious in London), for those guests happy to enjoy comfort and luxury.

If a standard room has been reserved, we would be happy to discuss upgrade options with our guests, a standard room will be delivered. We are sorry you found the accommodations less than satisfactory and wish you had given us the opportunity to offer you alternatives while on property.

The category room you booked, unlike our suites and club rooms, does not offer mini bar service but we provide a courtesy fridge for your use and convenience. We are delighted you used our services and were promptly delivered ironing facilities to your room.

Thank you for recognizing our staff, we are all dedicated to exceeding your expectations and it is our pleasure to serve you. Discretionary service charges are precisely that, discretionary. If you feel the level of service is not commensurate with the proposed gratuity you are under no obligation to honour it. This practice is fairly standard in all service establishments in London.
